Starting Ofiice prompts request for PRORET.msi?

Whenever I start Outlook, I am constantly prompted for a file 'apparently' located on the Windows XP Professional CD.

The file is PRORET.msi

Having used Google, it appears to be a common problem but without a soloution.

Does anyone have any input to this problem?
