Starting First ASP Project

Hi, I am an expert in MS Access and HTML coding, and the time has finally come when I need to implement the two together...

My company has an intranet site that allows for users to sign up for training classes online. They have a form to fill out, and this form typically gets emailed to a certain address.

I have created a database that contains these fields in MS Access.

The only step I have to do now is complete the process of sending the information from the intranet site to the database.

Since I know absolutely nothing about ASP, what do I do to start this project up? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
