Starting Crystal Enterprise

Installed CE V10 on our Windows Server 2003 before Xmas and got this link to come up:

http://GreatPlains/crystal/enterprise10/

Now when I try all the browser says is DONE in the lower left corner and the screen is blank. I checked all the CE servers and they are running.

Ideas to try ?

One more note on this case that I have found. I am connecting to this customer system via VPN. A person at the site, locally attached, can start the Crystal Ent Admin launchpad correctly. A security issue ?

Solved our problem. GreatPlains was not setup as valid local Intranet security site under our Internet Explorer security options.
