starting a project

Hi peeps

when i try and start a project on MS Interdev, it asks me which server i wish to use (after asking for a project name ect) but when i state the server name, it says that the connection to the server failed.

Could this be because im actually working on the server machine and/or logged in as the administrator?????

Any help would be appreciated
