Starting a call with PIN number ???

Does anybody knows how can I configure IP Phones to use PIN numbers.
i.e every user to have it's own PIN number.

I suppose you could make each phone use extension mobility and then the person would have to log into the phone. Probably not the best solution though.

Only on 3.3 I think can you use CMC or Force Account Codes
