StarTalkFlash ver 2.0.10

Is StarTalkFlash 2-port. with ver 2.0.10. it has been established on Norstar (on what it is precisely not known). At installation on another PBX Norstar - it is not established. F9*1, F903 - Inactive. I fix soft ver 1.5.0 - all works. I change soft - does not work. Discharge ionistor has not given result.
Whether it is possible that soft ver 2.0.10 is used unitary at the first installation and then it is impossible to reload it more? Tested on 8x24DR5; CICS 1.0; MICS 2.0; 4.1; 6.0XC.

Not sure I completely understand.
Ver. 2.0.10 does not work on most of the older Norstar systems. I know it will work on 4.1 and should work back a few from that. MICS/CICS 6.0 requires 2.0.10 and 6.1 needs you to upgrade to CallPilot. The 8x24 needs ver 1.7 or older to work.
