Is there any way to get rid of the standard voice prompt press 1 if using a tone phone or hold if using a pulse phone inserted by the system between the Company greeting and the CCR Home point voice prompt. It is always present whether or not the AA voice prompt is turned on or off and tends to put a lot of Customers off. Thanks
