Startalk Voicemail problems

I have a phone in this office, that says "Messages for you" when there isn't even a message in the voicemail box. Any ideas on what would be causing this?

Simply try feature 65 and you will probably find that someone left a message using feature 1.

Ok, it listed another phone here at the office, how can I clear this out?

feature #65 ...any feature code preceeded by # is to cancel

eg feat 4 to forward and feat #4 to cancel forward
