Startalk reports question

I am trying to print reports from my Startalk system in the following manner:

1) Hooked up Epson printer directly to my Startalk serial port.

2) Feature:983 -> 1020000

3) Hit 7 -> choose PRINT report 1

Nothing happens.

Anybody have any suggestions? I am new to this system (as of today!) the phone admin was let go.

You are doing this correctly. However, you may want to verify your printer and or cable. Also verify you are selecting a proper report. “Reserve your right to think, for even to think wrongly is better than not to think at all”

Um,...Vegasnortel back in march stated that the settings were 1200, 8-n-1 for the serial port. have you checked these on your printer? JerryReeve
