Currently, the Startalk Mini that I am using sends all missed calls to a single group voicemail box. How can I set up 5 individual voicemail boxes and have an autoattendant direct callers to those boxes? Thanks for your help!

all you do is press feature 983 Log: 120000 or 1020000 depending on your extension numbers.

Then press Mbox

Press Add

Enter the first mbox number you want to add this should match your extension numbers.

Ext should be the same as mailbox
Service class 1
press o.k. or next
spell out the name last name first using your dial pad when you find the letter you want press the # key.
press o.k. or next once done
Msg waiting Yes
o.k. or next
Directory Yes
ok or next

You will need to do this for all the mailboxes you want to add.

To set up the AA from the main screen press AA

Press Greeting

PRess record _ this is where you would record the greeting and let people know what to press

Once you have that
Press table and set you table up
and you will need to set the lines up to be answered by aa

let me know if you get stuck anywhere while doing this
Thanks
