Startalk mini locks up

my startalk mini has been locking up, never eve happened before, maybe bad hdd. today i attached a serial cable and found this in the alarm logs:

when i restart the system i get this alarm

Alarm RT 00000 0000h 0081h

any ideas?

I have one like that. I have trained the customer to unplug the unit and repower. Then it is good for another month or two. Customer is happy with the arrangement as they want every last penny out of the existing system. It's been doing this for a couple of years now.
