StarTalk menu prompts are cut short need to re-record

I re-initialized a Startalk A?(older unit) on 8x24 dr5 for a client. It was working before the re-initialize. Now the default menu prompts for the voicemail boxes as well as a couple of others are cut short. ie. press 1 to listen to new messages 2 to (Cut off). If you press the number you need, it works. I need to know how to locate and re-record the factory messages.
I re-re-initialized it to see if it would pull the default messages back from the hard drive, but no luck.
