StarTalk mailbox won't accept outside calls 1

I have a user on a StarTalk C2 that has a mailbox that will not accept outside caller's messages. I cannot access the mailbox remotely (using ** login) but can send a message from an onsite mailbox. I do not know how this restriction came into play and therefore do not know how to fix it other than to try rebuilding the mailbox. The system is an MICS 6.0. Anyone know what causes this?

Upon further review I have noticed that the inside message was returned due to an extended absence greeting...

They are using the Alt greeting in the mailbox and have set the option to not recieve messages. Set the mailbox back to the Prime greeting and all should work.
