StarTalk Hangs Up

Customer has an 8x24 DR5 and StarTalk A with 2.0.4L software.

Thes system is set up basically like an answering machine.
After 4 rings calls on x21 get forwarded to x43 (StarTalk DN).
All works fine.....except for when you try to check the mailbox for messages remoteley.
As the greeting is playing, you press ** and it responds with "Exitting the System" and then disconnects.

I tried changing the DTMF delay from 48 to 24 with no affect.

To make things even stranger, if I forward another extension to voive mail ( F4>43 ), I can call into it and press ** and then check other mailboxes.
In short, the problem only seems to appear on a particular extension.

Try changing "Return to AA" to yes if you haven't allready done so. If this is a cell phone you may need to set the cell phone to longer dtmf also. Anything is possible on those old dinosaurs (A,B,C's)Hopefully this helps.
