hello im using some old stock equipment norstar cics and star talk flash both came up and i can access vm port by dialing ext,the system answers with mail number #, the issue is i can't access programming of mail i've tried f-980 to f-989 and f-910 to F-919 all say inactive feature,any help would be greatly appropriated thanks in advance
