I have some people saying that they are not getting notified of msgs (regular notification on set)until 3 hours after delivery?

ok I will give it a go. is that something you have found to work?

Check the general delivery mailbox (mailbox 10 or 100). Make sure there aren't hundreds of messages sitting in there if you don't regularly check it. That tends to bog down the system.
