Startalk Flash Upgrade 2 to 4 Port

I usually find what I need in FAQ but it's temporarily out of order. I am upgrading a 2 port to a 4 port flash Voice mail system. My understanding is that I yank out the 2 port PCMCIA card and replace it with a 4 port card. I then run the second pair to another spare DN on the system. DO I have to reprogram from scratch? Are any of the old messages retained?

The software card stays put. You should be adding an expansion board near the middle bottom of the Flash. Then connect an extra station and boot it up. You should retain all your current programming. Brian Cox
