Startalk Flash unable to proceed

Hi everyone

I'm trying to add some mailboxs on a Startalk Flash 1.44. When I want to add a mailbox begining with 2 like 229, the voicemail stop the creation and tell me unable to proceed ( traduction from french sorry). If I create mailbox starting with 5 like 501 it work very well.

Anyone have an idea of what would be the problem?

Can you create any mailbox starting with 2? Might be a software corruption. Try a reboot of the Flash.

I cannot create any extension begining with a 2 and I already try a reboot of the flash

Try from a different phone. If that doesn't work you will need to default programming and start over unless you can live with mailbox numbers that don't match the extensions. This will confuse calling in remotely for messages.
