Startalk Flash Rest Problems

I had a Startalk Flash 4 System (working fine) being used on an 8X24 system. I removed the the voicemail unit and re-installed it on a 6X16. I was able to login using Feature 983 and all seemed functional.

The 8X24 system was using 2 digit extensions, and the 6X16 used 3, so (per a recommendation) I reset the Startalk using the REINSTALL code.

After the reset(which seemed to work successfully) I was unable to connect to the unit using Feature 983, 985 etc.(feature inactive) I saw a post that said to do a Feature 903 and select low range. I did that - but no luck, and now I can't even get to the Feature 903.

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.

After 903 and you select a range (normally it selects the high range). Now you be able to do F983 and configure the system.
