Startalk Flash Problem 1

I've got a Startalk flash, that I think the software is bad can anyone confirm this. I hook up to it with my laptop and get it started and here is what I see:

NVRAM Test: Pass
B84 Test: Pass
Program Rom: Pass
Voice Prompt Rom: Failed. Alarm Code:01F

Base Alarm 01F: Corrupt voice prompt ROM.
