Startalk Flash Off-Premise message notification not working

I have setup Off-Premise Message Notification to a cell phone but the messages are not getting to the cell phone. Everything has been setup and verified. Notification is on, number is in, start/stop times are set. There has to be a setting outside of Message Notification that is causing it to not work. Any ideas?
 
Well you need to post your versions of KSU and Vmail when posting system issues.

In this case you also need to post what type of lines also such as Copper or PRI.

It's tied to a Norstar CICS. 4 copper lines. Just got off the phone with tech support and they think since the flash was wiped out from a power spike and had to start all over from scratch that it's outgoing lines have defaulted back to 1. His suggestion was F983, Box#,PWD, and press 5 to change from 1 outgoing line to at least 2.
 
Ok your not sure which vmail system it is then.
When in F983 press 9 to see version and post it.

Check list from memory (which include stuff you know or posted....
-Make sure the voice mail systems DN has access to Pool A
-Make sure the copper lines are all in a pool such as Pool A
-Make sure the milbox is in a Class Of Service (COS) that allows for Off Prem
-Make sure in F983 that the mailbox is allowed to use Off Prem
-Make sure in F983 that the mailbox Off Prem is told to use Pool 1 (this will point to Pool A on the CICS)
-In the users mailbox Admin/Option 6/Admin that the phone number included a 9 in front of the number if just the number does not work
-In the users mailbox Admin/Option 6/Select that its ON and time is set (leave the time out of it for testing purposes.

Watch to see if line 4 (or up) is being grabbed after you leave a message

Thanks for the input. Got it working. The suggestion from tech support I last posted was the issue. At option 5 to select number of channels. Had to change it from default 1 to 2.
