As far as I can tell the only option when a caller takes no action in a CCR tree is hang up. I there a way go into a mail box if the caller does not press a digit during the greeting?

No, when you set the ATDT in the table, then when the caller does nothing, it will go to that extension. Can't take them to a mailbox, but you can send them to the Attendant extension.

Yup just like mroberts said. It'll go to the attendants station, CFNA would take it to the voicemail, which would typically be the general delivery.

You could disable the ATDT by setting to "not availble" in F982. On no action call will be routed to general mailbox or any other mailbox designated in ATDT setting. However callers who press "0" will also be routed to the same mailbox and not the ATDT phone. You'll also get a message "the atendant is not available" which you can't disable.

Ah, you're right telemarv! Put an extension at the ATDT setting and assigned the desired mailbox to that extension. That would work, except for the "the attendant is not available" message.

Thanks
