Startalk Flash - How Many Companies 1

I have a startalk flash current release and I am looking to run 4 different CCR/AA Groups is that possible or do I need a call pilot?

The Startalk connects to two ports on the system, does that mean that only 2/4 people can access the AA or CCR at any given moment?

So basically if two parties are checking their voicemail and two people are in the CCR menu the fifth caller would just skip the AA and ring directly and the sets programmed to apps/ring?

Yes you are right but you are in a hit and miss situation, the call is answered by the AA then transfered to the extension if the call is supposed to go back to his voice mail box and the 4 dn's are busy it will just ring at the station.

There are only 2 tables on the Flash, therefore 2 tenants. If you want 4 upgrade to a CP.

You can only have 2 CCR trees on a flash if I'm not mistaking. I know you cannot have 4 so you have to upgrade to a CallPilot.

That is from a Startalk manual not a Flash. Flash is 2 tables.

I'll confirm what Marv wrote. The old Startalk has 4 greeting tables. The Flash has 2 greeting tables.

Ill have to double check because I dont have it here with me but It shows startalk flash on the front and has 2 ports, also the door on the bottom shows the number 2 i believe.

That would be a flash 2. Startalk has no door.

Great ill pick up the cp100 can I program the AA and CCR from the web or just mailboxes with the CP100?

You can program everything over the browser interface as long as you have a system phone handy for recording the greetings.

Using the browser from any PC requires you to network the CP.
