I'm going to be swapping out a CICS 8x24 with 4.1 software with a MICS 0x32 with 6.1 software. The CICS has a StarTalk Flash with 2.0 sftware connected it. Is the StarTalk Flash with 2.0 software compatable with the MICS with 6.1 software.

Yes, according to the documents, flash 2.0 is compatible with MICS 6.1
