Startalk Flash 2.1 backup / restore?

I have a job this afternoon to replace a UPS for a Startalk Flash 2.1 system. They lost power recently, the UPS failed / didn't carry the load and the system lost it's programming. Reprogrammed a few weeks ago. They ordered a new UPS to mitigate future power issues.

Is there a way to backup/restore a 2.1 system? Or am I gonna be spending a good hour or so reprogramming everything and having the customer re-record prompts, outgoing messages, etc...?

No, the V2.1 Flash can't be backed up. Sounds like the memory cap on the Flash motherboard is dead and needs to be replaced to prevent loss of programming. There was a brief release of Flash V3.1 software that had the ability for backup/restore to/from the software card.
