StarTalk AA Not Answering All Lines

I have a Nortel MICS with a Startalk Flash VM, works great -- except.

Lines 1-3 are being answered by the Falsh AA but lines 4 and 25 are not, it just keeps on ringing. I've setup the lines the same in the MICS. I've also configured the lines the same on the AA.

Got any ideas?

First of all are you sure that the AA answers not a mailbox Greeting,please make sure in Feat 982 password is(operator) that is set for answer line is set to (yes).
then make sure the lines in program F983 ,AA ,lines are set answer to AA ,make sure is line 25 not 5 is set to answer.

Go to the phone with the lines on it, hit F*0 and hit the lines on the phone- off too the left hand side there will be a 3 digit number on the left side of the dispaly followed by the line name, Confirm they match, The lines on the left are the one's you should program under line in the AA.

Press Change to aA if it says N
Press Table Make sure it matches your greetings
Press Rings Make sure it is set to your liking.

If this does not work, Your problem may lie in the bell companies ring through on the lines, what may be occuring and what I have run into is the provider breaks, the ring up and sends one ring at a time, the norstar interprets it as one ring therefore never answering, to troubleshoot set the line too 0 rings and see if it answers, if it does this is your problem...

Also make sure that those lines are not set to be private lines to an extension. (Lines-Trunk/Line Data/Line type..)
 
The AA is configured to answer these lines in the AA config menu - not in the KSU menu. Make sure that you check your params settings in your Flash (F983).
