StarTalk 2.5G , wanting to clear the entire system...start fresh

Hi there, came upon this forum while searching for info/help on our Norstar system.
StarTalk 2.5G is our software version. My phone is the Meridian M7310 and we have 3 other phones (M7208)
I started at this job and b/c someone else set up the system but could never figure it out they ended up using the phone companies voice mail option...waste of money since we have this phone system.
I have been reading through the books and I'm wondering if it just wouldn't be easier to start completely over???

There are names, extensions and the such programmed into these phones that are no longer here or those phones are even gone.

It seems to be left half done and I would like to get it up and running.

So I guess my main question is how do I clear the system and start over ?? Is that possible ?? Is that even the best idea ??

Hi Danielle,
There is a Norstar Forum that you should post this question in. There are some very sharp people there and they should be able to help you out. You should also check out the FAQs in the Norstar forum, there is some good info for learning the Norstar system. With only 4 phones you could just change what is existing, but see what everyone in the other forum thinks. FYI the Startalk is your voice mail. They will need to know what version you Norstar is - example CICS 4.0,MICS 4.0 etc.
