StarTalk 2.0.4K Auto Attendant Question 1

I have setup auto attendant and the outside calls are being answered by "the automated attendant menu prompt" instead of the "company greeting" like the book says it is supposed to. I think I have it setup correctly. Anybody got any suggestions?

there a 3 places to record the greeting the aa menu promt and ccr tree if not using aa menu prompt"canned voice "set to no and record dead air...nuff said
