start www service as different user

I would like to change not to start as a Local System Account but as an administrator or another user with enough rights.
I am able to do so in Windows XP PRO by changing LogOn accounts for IIS Admin and HTTP SSL service as well.
But I cannot do that on Windows 2003 Server.
