Start WAS 4.0 instance

Hi,
I have create a new instance under WAS 4.0 Advanced server, but after starting it with the Qshell command it will stop with following message.
ERROR: Command DSPJOBLOG JOB(248889/QEJB/WEBFACMNTR) failed: CPF2443: Joblog not printed or in the joblist, because job has ended.

Can any one tell me what to do the default instance is running fine.
