What would be the command used to start a capture every 1/2 in a script?

If you are using version 4.8, there is a sample script on the CD that can perform captures either every half-hour or every 24 hours. The script is called 24HourCapture.was and is located in \SAMPLES\ASPECT\Capture Scripts
