Start Page Number at different number (other than 1)

The "simplest", probably in more ways than one, would be "cheating" like this:
In stead of the controlsource of
[tt]="Page " & [Page] & " of " & [Pages][/tt]
which is usually inserted by the wizard, cheat with
[tt]="Page " & [Page] + 9 & " of " & [Pages] + 9[/tt]
... but it is kind of dirty, isn't it;-)
