I have two separate reports that print together, because one is the front page (which doesn't look anything like the rest.

Can I start the page count of the second report on Page 2?

Is there a way to get the total pages from report two onto report one?

Am I doing this wrong? Is there some way I don't know about to have a cover page that doesn't look like the rest, yet print in the same report?

Thanks. Sean.

Could you not use the report header section of the second report to produce your cover page?

I agree with lupins46. Also, you can simply add 1 to [Page] like:
=[Page]+1

I doubt you can get a count of pages without placing report two as a subreport on report one.

Thanks guys, it is going to take some working with groupings and so forth, but that may work. I am not sure though because the items in the Page Footer section of the sub-Report do not show up in the main report, but I can't move it to the new main report page footer because it would aply it to the first page.

Sean.

You can hide a page footer on the first page with code like
Code:
Private Sub PageFooterSection_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
    Cancel = Page = 1
End Sub
This requires a control on your page using [Page].
