Start Menu Hangs when Browsing, Netshield

Hello...

When I have Network Associates McShield service running and I go to Start...Programs... and move the mouse up and down after a second the selection will hang and I will not be able to browse any more until I click outside the menu and go back in.

If I stop McShield, then that does not happen.

Does anyone know of a fix for this? I have checked NAI's support site and Citrix's support site. The only solution is to turn off the virus software...I'd rather not do that.
