I use classic view for my Win 1. How do I change the shutdown option in the start menu to restart?

Apologies for an error in my post. The program I use is Classic Shell ( not Classic View.
I spent more time experimenting with the program and found C:>program files>classic view a shortcut "Start Menu Settings" which allowed me to change the shutdown button to restart (see attachment)
Thanks for the help
