Hi,

I want to start the PPPOE Broadband DSL Dialup connection without logging on.

I think it is possible to do this by having it register as a Windows Service (I have Win XP Pro). But I cannot find any tips/ instructions on how to do this.

Currently, as soon as I logon the connection can start automatically... but I have the NT Service to update my dyndns.org IP address and would like the DSL connection to begin so it can do it's job without loggin on.

thanks,
Phil

Try adding the name (complete path) of the executable to the RUN section in your registry. I'm not familiar with XP Pro, but the registry section 'should' look similar to Windows 2000. The key you want to add your value to is:
Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
