Start a program with a specific user

Here's my question: Is there a way to start a program with a specific user like the Task Manager can do but without using it? Thanks!

Sound like you need RunAs. Start the RunAs service if it's not running. Then find your program in explorer, hold down the Shift key, right-click and you will see RunAs...
