Start a program as a service on Windows 2000 pro

You cannot start a program as service in Win2000. (as Far as I Know). Services is a Windows component needed by Win2000 to run specifice processes. Most programs (With the exception of Anti-Viruses, Which WILL be ran as a service) May access a specific service to run.
