Starplus Vodavi DHS - Extension cannot be accessed from outside line

Vodavi Starplus DHS - One of our extensions(21) cannot be accessed by outside callers. The caller is forwarded automatically to the operator when they dial this extension(21). Therefore, they can never get the person/extension they intended to call without going through the operator.

I have the "StarPlus DHS Electronic Key System" manual but cannot locate the solution.

Please respond if you know the answer to this problem.

I would say that the extension is call forwarded to the operarors extension. Either cancel cfwrd at that extension, or cfwrd it back to itself. Good Luck... Tony Misiak (Tony the Phoneman)
