Hi, we recently had an employee leave and a new one was hired. I cannot seem to figure out how to update the company directory can anyone help please.

Do you have the manual and paswords necessary? You will need to hook up a null modem cable to the 9 pin connector on the voicemail card and access the directory to make changes there.

What would the Hyperterm settings be set to? I am going to one of our off sites and doing the same thing. Also, what are the default passwords usually set at? Since I have moved from Vodavi Infinite to the Cisco world, I have really gotten out of whack on a few things haha. Also, would any one have a copy (pdf format) of the starplus manuals? not sure the model # of the system we are using out there but it is equal in size to the Mach I Infinite system. If anyone does have a PDF please if you could email it to me at ceasarbpf@yahoo.com I would greatly appreciate it.

The settings for hyperterminal are in the manual I sent to your email address. 8-1-none, check the baud rate, I think 9600 is acceptable.
