Starplus STS CID on VM

We use AA with 4 lines, Caller ID works fine. However, no caller id on voicemail. We would like to have CID on VM along with a signal if line is busy that another number is calling in to your voice mail with the ID. Is this even possible?

I tried setting up answering machine emulatation, but I found that annoying (if I even did it correctly)

It depends on which Vodavi telephone system and which voice-mail system you have.
