Starplus DHS somehow on CO1 went from tone to pulse dialing

Starplus DHS somehow on CO1 went from tone to pulse dialing. All other programming was still good. Only CO1 changed over the weekend. HOW would this happen???
Possible user error on feature code or speed dial?
Anyone?

Well, that's a bit odd. The default is Tone. There is a function that allows a user to switch from pulse to tone for special purposes - but no tone to pulse. I'd be a bit concerned, as this may be a harbinger of things to come.
