I'm moving a Starplus DHS for a customer, I'm familiar with the STSe, but not this older model. It's labeled SP7000-00 Basic KSU, has two 3x8 cards, a Standard MOH/BGM Module, and the eprom is labeled "12UV2.F".

1. I assume this is the DHS, not E and not L, can someone confirm?

2. Can someone confirm what feature package this is by the eprom? The manual states, with the Starplus DHS Option module (PN: SP7110-00)installed and feature package 2 install the system does Caller ID. I'd like to confirm the FP level before offering the module as an upgrade.

Thanks,

sounds like it is a DHS, if it has 2 digit extension numbers it is the basic DHS, the eprom will tell you the software version. FP4 I believe was the latest.

I found out the V2 in the part number indicates Feature Pack 2. I've installed the option pack for the customer and all seems to work fine.

I do have one question I'd like to clear up about call fowarding. It appears that the ONLY way to call foward external it via speed bin 99 and there is no per station external call fowarding. The book doesn't come right out and say it but this is what I've concluded. Am I correct?
