Is there any place on the net where I can find instructions on how to reroute calls from the operator to another station (ring to all stations after a certain number of rings, times, etc.)? Thanks

Try looking at your station programming for this ...

FWD N/A to the UCD group or desired station. This will allow 4 rings to the console before forwarding the ring to a message center or other location.
