Starplus 4896 Account Codes Programming

Can not access verified account codes programming (Flash 31). At ext. 100 it returns an error code. Verified Account Codes are enabled (Flash 06). Memory expansion kit is installed and jumper set on pins 2&3 per the book. Software version shown on startup is V1.2A. I have the manual but have not found anything else to try. Any help would be much appreciated.

Found it! The j4 jumper has to be set on 1&2.I miss read the book.
