Feature 985 then press 9 and enter code 73738767793 should restore the StarTalk to the default passcode of 10020000. When I enter the passcode it does not work. I have 3 digit, 2 digit, and 4 digit codes, and I have reset everything (the key system and Startalk) and it continues to do the same thing. Please help.

How many digits in your ext #? what ext number is displayed in screen after F985?

If 2 it's 120000
3= 1020000
4= 10020000
5= 100020000
etc

4 digit ext 2333 port 113 and we have tried to reset everything.

Ok now when you press Feature 983 does it say PASSWORD or LOG?
If it says PASSWORD then your system has lost all programming, you will need to enter 266344 to restart programming over again.

you may want to try f983 266344 and try from scratch it is a flash right lost power recently maybe

Question on if it is possible to setup a StarFlash not sure which model 24 or 48 mailboxes. To allow dial by name functions for all the users within a office.

No you cannot use Dial by Name with a Startalk Flash, only on the NAM's.
