Star Talk Mini won't recognize year 2000+

I have a Norstar Star Talk Mini and I can't get it to read the right date. When I try changing it to 04 it says invalid date.

Does anyone know if there is a way around this or are we stuck with a voice mail system that won't tell us the correct date?

Just set it to another leap year like 92 or 96. Only place you see the year is when running reports.

You can use calendar dates that match the current year. Then both monthly date and day of week will match.

for 2004 use 1948 or 1976.
for 2005 use 1977, 1983,1994.
You can keep this up until the mini stops running.
