Standard Skillset Display - where are threshholds?

Where can I find how to view/edit/set the Thresholds numbers for the following variables?

Agent Staffed
Agent Active
Agent Idle

I tried making several new threshold classes and these variables do not show up on what I can add to the real-time-display for skillsets. I looked in Formula's, but the variables were not there. On the real-time-display, "Standard Skillset Display" they show up in the "Agt Staff", "Agt Active", and "Agt Idle" columns but I don't know where the numbers are to set level 1 and level 2 thresholds for these variables (not the colors, I know where those are at).

First you need to create an Agent Threshold Class under Statistics Configuration. After you create that class you need to assign it to the individual users. Open the user properties then go to thresholds tab then select the class you created.

Found the problem. We use the Web Client and the field names for three of the Standard Skillset Display report columns were the same as the column name. In the Symposium client the field names are what they should be for those three columns. Not sure if it is due to the version of Web that we are on or not. Reported it to our service company to look into for patch updates for our software or report as a bug in the software.
