hi,

i need to know the best way to send a html email.

at the moment i am making a page in frontpage, copying it all and pasting it into outlook and sending it... i think for most of the recepients it works.. but occasionally it looks like a total mess...

can someone please show me an example or tell me a method that will allow me to use tables and images in my email, and ensure that it works perfect every time..

if this cannot be done, is the only alternative straightforward text??

Word will create HTML also. You might try using word as your email editor (there is a checkbox for this in the options somewhere)

The answer is "42"

yes i have done that, but will that ensure that the layout i create will remain stable on all email software, outlook, browser emails.. etc

i dont want to jeopardise my returns due to dodgy emails.. i know its near impossible to create anything in this industry that looks and works the same for everyone but I want the next best thing..

Have you tried viewing the web page in internet explorer and choosing File->Send->Page by email ?

To send specific HTML, I think you need to use a tool other than Outlook to send the HTML via SMTP directly.
