standard footnote for outgoing mail

I subscribe to the Windows2000 magazine "Exchange Administrator" newsletter and last month's issue had detailed information about how to put a disclaimer at the end of all of your company's internet bound mail through registry edits. It did not mention putting a graphic in the disclaimer.
